An understanding of the way in which computer are used in society, along with how to make them useful in our everyday lives is crucial. Courses at this level
are not too concerned with the how does it work? type question. That said, there is a need to know the basics of the computer system and hardware
characteristics. The materials available here are grouped according to the section groups in the syllabus. The § symbol refers to the paragraph content within that section.
